The Medical College, Satna, stands as a G+9 storey RCC frame structure building, reaching an impressive height of 35.00 Mtr. The total built-up area of this colossal structure is 85,176.47 sq. Mt., making it a substantial addition to the educational infrastructure of the region.

For safety and security, the college is fitted with comprehensive ELV work including UPS, CCTV, Nurse Calling System (NCS), IPABX, Fire Alarm and Public Address system, Data Networking etc. HVAC, Firefighting, Fire Alarm, Fire Detection / Protection System, Sprinkler system with Fire Pumps are also installed for the comfort and safety of the students and staff.
