The Van Bhavan is a G+3 storey RCC frame structure building, reaching a height of 19.00 Mtr. With a total built-up area of 28,655.95 sq. Mt., is a significant addition to the cityscape of Bhopal. One of the highlights of this project is the striking external facade work, which sets this building apart from others. For safety and seamless operations, state-of-the-art systems have been installed. These include UPS, Access Control System, CCTV, Nurse Calling System (NCS), IPABX, Fire Alarm and Public Address system, and Data Networking. Additionally, the building features HVAC, Firefighting, Fire Alarm, Fire Detection / Protection System, and a Sprinkler system with Fire Pumps.
